About the Practice
Being a small law firm allows us to be nimble. Our extensive network of friends and colleagues allow us to offer the services of larger law firms with the attention and personal touch of an independent practitioner. Experience in both military and civilian courts allow for the different perspective that can give you the edge in court.
Our strong belief that your childrens’ welfare is of the upmost concern gives your kids the ally they need while giving parents strong legal council and the tools they need to ensure their children are taken care of long after the parents are gone.
We don’t want to be all things for all people, but we do want to provide great services to our clients and strong referrals when our client’s needs are beyond the scope of your expertise.
Areas of Practice
By protecting assets prior to a marriage, families can have peace of mind despite unforeseen changes in a relationship. We believe it is better to be cautious than to be surprised further down the road.
You have worked hard for your money and property and you want to be able to pass it on as you intend. Whether it be making arrangements for family, charities, or loved ones to be taken care of after you pass, we are able to make sure your wishes are carried out.
The sad truth is that not all marriages survive the test of time. WFL is prepared for dissolve marriages and settle any resulting loose ends.
