About the Practice

Being a small law firm allows us to remain agile. Our extensive network of friends and colleagues enables us to offer the comprehensive services of larger firms while maintaining the personalized attention of an independent practitioner. With experience in both military and civilian courts, we provide a unique perspective that can provide an advantage in legal proceedings.

Our firm holds a steadfast belief in prioritizing the welfare of your children, ensuring they have the necessary support while providing parents with robust legal counsel and tools to secure their children’s future beyond their own.

While we focus on providing exceptional services to our clients, we also understand the importance of knowing our limitations. We are committed to offering strong referrals when your needs extend beyond our expertise.

Areas of Practice

Prenuptials

By safeguarding assets before entering into marriage, families can find reassurance even amidst unforeseen changes in relationships. We firmly believe in the value of caution over unexpected surprises in the future.

Wills and Estate Planning

You’ve diligently amassed your wealth and assets, and it’s essential to ensure they’re distributed according to your intentions. Whether you’re planning for the well-being of family members, supporting charities, or providing for loved ones after your passing, we’re here to ensure your wishes are fulfilled accurately.

Marriage Dissolution

Unfortunately, not all marriages withstand the trials of time. At Wilson Family Law, we’re equipped to handle the dissolution of marriages and address any associated matters.
